The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SnapSave makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapSave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Services

SnapSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Use of TikTok content is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
